Your privacy is of great importance to Triconor. We therefore comply with the relevant laws and regulations on privacy, including the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR). This means that we:

Order handling
When you place an order with us, or ask us a question, we use your personal data to be able to process it properly. We may then give you your personal data to our logistics service provider or courier service to have the order delivered to you.
We also receive information about your payment from your bank or Credit Card Company. For this purpose, we use your name and address details, telephone number and e-mail address. We need these because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until your order is completed. We keep certain customer data longer in connection with the legal tax retention obligation.
Provision to third parties
We work with certain companies who may receive your personal data, as listed above, from us, such as our logistics service provider, courier service and/or our supplier.

With the contact from on our website, you can ask us a question or make request. For this, we use your name and address, telephone number, e-mail address and your question or remark. We need this information to answer your question and because of the possible contract, we conclude with you. We keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response and three month thereafter. This allows us to access the information easily for follow-up questions. It also allows us to train our customer service team to be even better.
Advertising
We may send you advertising about products or services. We do this by mail or by e-mail. You can object to this advertising at any time. Each letter tells you how to do so. Every e-mail contains an unsubscribe link.
Provision to other companies or institutions
